Understand activity on a short link
Click counts can help you understand whether a shared link is being opened, but analytics should be interpreted with context.
What a click count means
A recorded click is a request observed by the service. Automated scanners, previews and repeated visits may affect counts; counts should not be treated as a perfect measure of unique people.
Analytics availability
The per-link analytics view provides a 30-day click chart, device and browser summaries, and top external referrers for eligible public links. It is not a private multi-user account dashboard, so do not use public short links to expose sensitive destinations.
Respect visitor privacy
Collect only the information needed for service operation and useful aggregate reporting. Analytics data can be incomplete and may be affected by privacy controls or network configuration.
